What we believe
Most small businesses don’t need an enterprise IT department. They need someone who can explain the tradeoffs plainly, recommend what actually matters, and follow through. We’d rather tell you a project isn’t necessary than sell you one you don’t need.
That means no fear-based security pitches, no invented case studies, and no promises we can’t back up. For example, we’ll never guarantee inbox placement for email, because no honest provider can. We’ll tell you what we did, why, and what to expect.
The same goes for AI, however capable the models get. It’s software that reads and writes everyday language, and it’s very good at the steady, repetitive part of the work. It isn’t magic, it shouldn’t make your judgment calls, and it shouldn’t be set up and forgotten. Think of cruise control: it handles the steady part of the drive, and you still steer.

You’ve heard a lot of big claims about AI. Here’s where ours stop.
Anything unusual goes to a person.
Disputes, judgment calls and anything outside the routine work you’ve approved go to you or your team, with a short summary. You still make the decisions.
It says it’s an assistant.
Callers and customers are told up front that they’re talking to an assistant, so nobody is fooled. Anyone who asks for a person gets one, or a callback.
No prices or promises you haven’t approved.
It answers with the information you’ve given it. Quotes, discounts and commitments stay with you.
Texts only with consent.
Texting from a business number is registered (A2P 10DLC) before it’s used, consent is recorded, and STOP and HELP always work.
Recording only with consent.
Nothing is recorded or kept as a transcript until the caller agrees, and the system says why before it asks. Callers who say no still get helped.
No passwords by email.
Access to your phone line, inbox and software is set up together. We never ask for passwords by email or through a form.
